The empowerment program is a group of 10 ladies learning sustainable ways to help their families thrive. Shine‘s social worker and staff walk alongside them as they learn and eventually develop a business plan. Upon successful completion of the program, the ladies receive a business grant to start their new business. All along the way, Shine sponsors all of their children’s educations.
